In hindsight, I was way too harsh on my recent review of the Zuppa soup. I was super excited to try the soup given how much I love the other soups I have purchased. So I was disappointed when I couldn't eat the Zuppa because my tastebuds can't tolerate any hot kick at all.
When I picked up my order for other soups today, it was explained to me that the peppers used in the batch of Zuppa I had were more hot than usual. Unbeknownst to me at the time I picked up my order, they included a free order of Zuppa to try again from a new batch where they have toned down the amount of peppers used. Now that is awesome customer service! Many thanks for such kind consideration.
