How to Thaw and Reheat Our Soups

Our soups are made fresh with local ingredients which means they taste amazing—but they also need proper storage. Here’s everything you need to know to enjoy them at their best.

Storage Tips:

  • Freezer: Soups last up to 6 months in the freezer. Perfect for meal prep or stocking up!
  • Refrigerator: Once thawed, soups stay fresh for up to 6 days.
  • Tip: Because we don’t use preservatives, proper storage is key to keeping your soup delicious and safe.

How to Thaw Soups:

  • Overnight in the fridge (recommended for best flavor and texture).
  • Quick thaw in microwave: If in a hurry, you can use the microwave on the “defrost” setting—stir halfway through.

How to Reheat Soups:

  • Stovetop: Pour thawed soup into a saucepan and heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until warm.
  • Microwave: Transfer soup to a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and heat in 1–2 minute intervals, stirring in between, until hot.
