This is an awesome soup. I've served it for family and friends and everyone has enjoyed it. It is a staple in my freezer now.

Soup is a perfect balance of creamy, spicy and savory. I add shredded cheddar, avacado, sour cream, cilantro and tortilla strips. My entire family loves it…even my picky eaters!
I liked the soup very much, but I added some sour cream which helped cut down on the spiciness...and I think made it taste even better! Yum!
