These biscuits will melt in your mouth and are packed with delicious Organic Australian sharp cheddar cheese chunks.  We refer to this as a happy mistake because we didn't have a cheese grater on hand so the cheddar was cubed creating delicious pockets of flavor explosion when biting into the biscuit.
